WHAT TO BRING
For your convenience, we offer New Client forms online that you may fill out prior to visiting our hospital. Depending on the nature of your appointment, we may also ask that you bring your pet's previous medical history and any additional relevant documentation.
Established clients may also prepare for a visit by bringing a fresh stool sample. (We are happy to provide pre-paid fecal containers if you need one.)
WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please stay in your vehicle and call OR text us upon arrival to our practice.
A staff member will be out to greet you, get information regarding your visit today, and to bring your pet into the practice. We do ask that all dogs be secured with leashes, and all cats be kept in carriers; the safety and well-being of your pet is always our primary focus.
The veterinarian and staff will give you a call to discuss any recommendations and provide treatment as needed.
We will also take payment over the phone and will bring any food and medications to your car.
